If a product offered by helafirst.com is not as described on its website, a customer’s sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within two days of delivery. If there is any external damage to the package, you should check it when the item is handed over. Any item will not be accepted due to any external damages to the item with package damages or dents and only for internal technical in built fault.

In case, the received item has been defective, we should immediately be informed within 24Hrs inorder to arrange replacement with a brand new unit.

Regarding the items sold through helafirst.com, the price of an item can not be confirmed until customer orders the item. Even though every effort is made some items can be mispriced at a negligible probability. If the new price is higher than the mentioned price, we will not cancel or deliver the item without your confirmation about the new price, and all cancellation of items will be informed.

Even if delivery of the selected item is cancelled, helafirst.com will not transfer your money back and you can buy any other available product upto the value of the previous item.

Any item damaged during delivery, and we do not have stocks from the same item/model to arrange a replacement, the particular amount will be refunded.

All refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which Hela first will not be responsible.

Product pricing

The price for all the items mentioned at helafirst.com is the final and last price of sale via online. Additional amount of LKR 250 will be charged for each and every delivery when the particular invoice value is below 5,000 LKR.

Duty Free via helafirst.com is a reservation service only. Items must be purchased at the time of arrival from the Hela First (Pvt) Ltd Duty Free outlet located at Katunayake International Air Port. All duty free purchases are subject to governmental regulations and conditions. All duty free purchases must be collected at cite and will not be delivered separately. Items which require installation, services will be provided for an additional cost pending on the type of installation required. This installation service can be booked at the time of purchase.

Duty Free reservations will be automatically cancelled after 7 days of reservation. Helafirst.com or its affiliates will not be liable for loss of opportunity due unavailability of product due to unavoidable circumstances. However, helafirst.com will strive to make all reserved item available at the time of arrival. All items may be subject to price changes without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances.

Who can buy through helafirst.com?

  1. The helafirst.com can be used by anyone with a valid credit card with the payment limit sufficient enough to buy the appropriate item and to buy any product available in the site.
  2. Overseas Customer without credit card facilities can select any item through www.helafirst.com and raise an online purchase order. Upon placing the Purchase Order, payment can made through commercial Bank e-exchange to www.helafirst.com account within 48 hours.

Delivery of any item/items is limited within Sri Lanka and within accessible areas of Sri Lanka only. Overseas deliverable items will be specifically mentioned at the point of sale. Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website delivery date.
  2. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, Bath. Exceptions are women’s intimate apparel, men’s innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, watches, duffel bags, shoe-care.
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice. For brand warranty, please refer to the Brand Contact List. For more information on warranty claims please view our Warranty Policy.

 Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  3. Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return.

Conditions for Returns

    1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
    2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
    3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

NOTE:

    It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

Issuance of Refunds

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
